Welcome to 'The Global Kitchen' the second edition of the SOAS Recipe book!

Once again, we have set out to gather recipes from all corners of SOAS, University of London.  The project itself was inspired by the unique recipe we attend.  Every year SOAS Students arrive in London from over 140 countries to studet the languages, cultures and societies of Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
