This little book of culinary secrets comes from the School of Oriental & African Studies, its students, staff, their family and friends from all over the world.  SOAS is a world leading university which focuses on languages, cultures and societies of Africa, Asia and the Middle East with students coming from over 140 countries.  We looked around and realised such an environment provided us a unique opportunity to encourage cultural sharing through food by making a collection of individiual recipes into a book everyone could enjoy!
