About Us
We have weekly Yoga classes and a meditation space a couple of mornings a week before classes start so you can prepare for your day.
We want to make these yoga classes and meditation spaces as accessible for as many people as possible. Everyone is welcome. The yoga classes are for all levels, even if you have never done yoga before.
Yoga originated in ancient India and aimed to look after the mind through physical and mental practices- such as yoga and meditation. We hope to have events where experts come in and teach us about the history and significance of Yoga in South Asia and across the world.
Ouer Yoga teacher is Ellen who is currently doing a MSC at SOAS in humanitariansim, aid and conflict - "I did a 200 hour yoga teaching training in Vinyasa flow and love teaching flowy and acessible classes!"
