About Us
We have weekly Yoga classes and a meditation space a couple of mornings a week before classes start so you can prepare for your day.
We want to make these yoga classes and meditation spaces as accessible for as many people as possible. Everyone is welcome. The yoga classes are for all levels, even if you have never done yoga before.
Yoga originated in ancient India and aimed to look after the mind through physical and mental practices- such as yoga and meditation. We hope to have events where experts come in and teach us about the history and significance of Yoga in South Asia and across the world.
Ouer Yoga teacher is Marie who is currently doing a LLM at SOAS in Human Rights, Conflict and Justice - "
I did my teacher Training at the Shala in London, so im certified with yoga alliance. I teach different styles of yoga, but mostly Yin inspired classes / Slow Flows /restorative or Hatha Yoga."
