About Us
The Chinese Percussion Society explores different areas of music in contemporary, traditional and more regionally specific areas of percussion in China. From the little gongs, metal cymbals, wooden clappers and to the big red drums– expect to learn practical instruction as well as group synchronisation skills and collaborations. This is wonderful exploration of all new musical experiences that Chinese percussion offers. We have regular sessions and experienced instructors! Everyone interested in discovering more about Chinese percussion and Chinese music in general are all very welcome! No musical ability is required to join and more experienced players are welcome. :)
