Gentle reminder that the funding forum is next week Wednesday (4-6pm on the 9th of October),  here's the form to submit pitches 
Please have these in for the at latest, end of day Sunday (6th).

The SU Funding Guide explains all you need to know, and should be your fist port of call with any questions about your society budget and funding applications. But please, reach out with any questions!

Just a quick note on providing full costings. When requesting things like 'booking a pitch' or 'travel expenses' we'll need to see quotes, for purchases such as cups or yoga matts. Essentially, if you're requesting money for something we need to see that it has been researched and sourced and that this has been done responsibly considering the limited budget we are operating on and the scale of many requests.

While you don't have to use it, we've mocked up an example of how you can evidence/present your budget pitch breakdown : Suggestion Template for Funding Round 1Again, as long as this information is all presented it doesn't need to take this form.

If your committee has changed since you first completed registration then you'll need to let us know so that we can update our records and ensure that each committee member has the right access to your society. 

You can update us on these changes by completing this form. Please be patient as it may take around a week for these changes to take affect as we are working through lots.

If you completed registration on time your committee will have been added to the website and your society email will have been added to the room booking link.

If you registered late your President will have access to the room booking platform whilst we get your society emails set up. Please be patient as the University's IT teams work through these requests.
