Objectives

For people to understand the impact and causes of conflicts, and approaches to resolving it.

Learning Outcomes

• Understand how conflict impacts people in different ways 
• Learn about conflict response modes
• Understand why conflicts start and escalate 
• Learn ways to de-escalate and resolve conflict
