What:

A Union General Meeting (UGM) is a chance for SOAS students to propose, debate, and vote on policy for SOAS Students' Union to adpot.

How:

To submit a policy proposal, use our UGM Submission Form before the deadline (below). We also have guidance to help you form your proposal.

After all proposals have been submitted we will circulate the proposals for you to read before the meeting.

The UGM meeting itself will be held via Zoom (details and link below), and we wil be producing guidance to help you understan how to engage via this online platform. We also have more information on what a UGM is.

When:

Deadline to submit policy proposals: 12pm, Friday 12th February 2021

UGM: 3pm - 5pm, Momday 22nd February 2021

Where:
