1. Experience

ACS president 2017-18:

• late license - 2 wickedest whine
• ACS winter ball – after party in the  JCR – including YOMSTV, Uncle ED – UoL ACS
• SOAS world cup – all genders inclusive
• Impulse club nights – including NOTES, Burna Boy, Mabel – UoL ACS

        2. Goals:

• Inclusive sports system for casual sporting enthusiasts – such as netball, football for individuals not wanting to sign up for the official teams
• Weekly current affairs podcast in tandem with SOAS radio. Including topics on anti-blackness, social and economic issues and the question of social mobility, political awareness in countries of origin and mental health awareness in the POC communities.  
• New social spaces outside of the JCR - restoration of the Russell room for activities. Including foosball table and new ping pong table.
• And of course, JCR late licenses which celebrates SOAS diversity.
