About Us

We are 2nd Year Politics & International Relations students and have both been student reps within our department. Cindy was also an organizer and representative at previous institutions. As an activist at SOAS, Josefine has been involved in the SOAS Feminist Society Committee and SOAS Detainee Support.

Feminist Open Forum

Let’s get together, share our experiences and reclaim feminist space at SOAS and beyond.

  • Monthly feminist Open Forum as a safe space for women and non-binary siblings to support each other and organise feminist resistance

  • Strengthen our community through regular socials

  • Help us represent your voices and act as a fair mediator

Intersectionality and End Detention

Feminism has to be intersectional.

  • Practice intersectional and inclusive feminism, especially supporting Women of Colour

  • Work together with SDS and SOAS’ refugee support groups to end detention

  • Fight the Prevent Agenda

Collective Self-Care

We need to take care of each other so we can gather strength or be vulnerable together.

  • Organise crafternoons and feminist breakfasts

  • Keep fighting to end rape culture and stigmatisation around sexism and sexual assault on campus and stand with you

  • Aim to closely collaborate with the Enough is Enough campaign

  • Increase awareness around mental and sexual health and mindfulness

  • Organise self-defence classes

Building Coalitions

Let’s build coalitions with the amazing queer and feminist groups in London and beyond

  • Organise women’s marches

  • Organise empowerment workshops
