Hi guys, India and I both can empathise with the struggle of navigating through the turbulence and the uncertainty of university with a disability , especially with  one you cannot see. We can also both identify with challenges a disability can have on  long term mental health issues.  Our desire and aim  is to make SOAS a safe and accessible space for  disabled students. We aim to empower students with all types of disabilities , whether physical, mental or learning etc.

Manifesto points:

Develop a  strong support network for students with disabilities

Ensure SOAS grounds,  facilities and events are accessible and meet the needs of all disabled students

Develop a support network for anyone suffering from mental health issues.

Work with the Welfare and Campaigns officer to host a series of workshops and talks discussing ableism for all students.
