We offer authentic and affordable yoga to SOAS students.
All of our classes are taught by experienced professional teachers. They're open to everyone, whatever your level of yoga experience.
The practice of yoga develops awareness, flexibility and strength, among many other benefits. It focuses the mind, promotes physical health and can foster a spiritual state of wellbeing.
We aim to provide a rounded presentation of the subject, with workshops and special events, plus meditation and restorative classes at exam times.
Mats are provided - just show up!
All classes are in L67, SOAS Main Building (price: £5 drop-in; £30 for 10-class pass, valid 1 year).
