About Us
Hello!!
In the past, SOAS proudly had 2 separate societies for Dance society and Drama and Musical Theatre, however both societies have merged to create one Performing Arts!
Our aim is to create an inviting and welcoming performing arts space at SOAS with an emphasis on transparency, communication, community balance, and attention to each element of music, drama, and dance. Whether you have experience with the performing arts or an absolute beginner, we look forward to help your exploration of the arts!
We plan to host weekly classes for each department which will be lead by Committee members, and hopefully student-led classes as the year progresses.
