About Us
Are you a film fan? Of course you are! So don't hesitate and join the SOAS Film Society!
We are a group of people that are interested in film and want to play out this interest together. We want to organise film screenings that are open to everyone at SOAS every second week and, as a society, we also organise multiple private screenings and trips to local cinemas or film festivals.
To engage further with our favourite hobby, we will set up a blog with film critiques and make a cinematic podcast every now and then. At the moment, we don’t make films ourselves, but we are open to new suggestions, so if you're more creative than us, go for it!
So, if you love cinema as much as we do and feel lonely because no one will listen to your ongoing jabber about the latest films, you've found your spot! We will love to have you!
