Ever thought, 'I want to write but don't know where to start'?- This Very Moment will use meditation and mindfulness activities to explore the richness and wealth of writing material in the present moment. Whether your craft is poetry, prose, non-fiction or songwriting you will generate new pieces of writing and gain confidence in starting from where you are.

About the facilitator:
Natacha is a writer, poet and workshop facilitator. Her work has been published in several publications. Her poetry pamphlet If I Talked Everything My Eyes Saw won the 2014 Poetry School & Pighog Press and will be published later this year.
