Proposer met with Governance, Communication & Sustainability Coordinator to discuss the UG Curriculum Review and introduction of new core module (which may encompass this work).
Proposer to be included in the next meeting on the new core working group, as this motion may be actioned through this working group and the plans of the new core.

| Introducing an Online Voting System for UGMs |

During the UGM, an amendment added to this motion to host a referendum. The referendum would legitimise any constitutional change affecting the voting method. This was necessary so that any policy passed under the new voting system was legitimate.
The process of hosting, publicising, and running a referendum is a far longer processes, making it near impossible to have changed the voting system by the next UGM.
Though an online voting system is still an aspiration, the timeline for the reform of the voting system is now unclear.
