Goal Three: Consistent recycling bin system across the school

For SOAS estates to roll out the same bins across the school, so that the SOAS community use them properly by September 2018

When they get bought & installed

Persuasion & campaigning, SU internal lobbying of the school

At the moment the school is tight on money and this is a low priority

It depends on how receptive the school are

Yes - will help make recycling easier, as poor bin system is the excuse for students not to recycle properly

S.U. shop about to be refurbished, so all other plans on hold

Yes - it helps raise the profile of vegan milks

Yes - to promote sustainable behaviour & reduce stigma around periods

Yes, for having the products available - maybe not for 50% of students to be using it, but that will come in time
