Wednesday 11th October the fourth debate of the LIDC & The Guardian Development Debate Series will take place. The theme of the debate will be:

Does Short-term Volunteering Abroad do More Harm than Good?
 

This event will take place at 6:00pm and registration is required. The event is free to  all LIDC members.

All post-graduate students, alumni and staff at our member colleges (LSHTM, SOAS, Birkbeck, RVC, UCL IOE, City, University of London and Queen Mary, University of London) and current postgraduate students at Kings College Department of International Development and UCL DPU are able to become LIDC members for free here: http://www.lidc.org.uk/about/join
