Meet our teachers:

 

Noemi Franco (Hatha & Vinyasa Flow Yoga)

Noemi has intensively studied and practised Yoga since 2003 and taught since 2009. Throughout the last decade, she has practised with renowned teachers in both India and the UK .

Her teaching is influnced by traditional Hatha Yoga and by Krishanmacharya's lineage specially by  Viniyoga,  Ashtanga and Vinyasa Krama.  Noemi is a trained British Wheel of Yoga teacher and continues to study in the Viniyoga tradition and is currently undertaking 'Prana Flow' teacher training with Shiva Rea. In 2012 she also graduated in South Asian Studies from The School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS, University of London), where she focused on Sanskrit and Indian philosophy.

Noemi’s teaching emphasises the sun and the lunar aspects of Hatha Yoga, combining energetic dynamic Vinyasa with gentler restorative practices according to time of day and individual student needs. Focused awareness is directed to body alignment using the natural pulsation of  body and breath whilst posture modifications whether more or less challenging, are always offered in respect to the varying abilites of each student. Her sessions integrate Prana Flow inspired Vinyasa, breathwork (pranayama), Yoga Nidra and meditation. Classes are open to all abilities, ages and genders.

Toby Field (Ashtanga Vinyasa)

Since his first encounter with yoga, Toby has been continually fascinated with the Ashtanga Vinyasa method. Its ability to keep us soft, centred and provide a 'fresh' perspective is what draws him to the mat each day. 

Toby's teaching style is open and welcoming, he encourages people of all ages and abilities to experience the benefits of yoga in a safe environment. He has practised and learned directly from his teacher Cary Perkins and has also been fortunate to practice with other great teachers around the world including R. Sharath Jois, Anthony 'Prem' Carlisi and Heather 'Radha' Duplex.

Toby promotes self-focus and independence to help students discover a practice that will best serve them as individuals.
