Nap Soc is your one-stop destination for all things sleep related! We aspire to educate SOASians on the importance of sleep and promote healthy student routines. We’re here to facilitate comfortable and safe sleep zones for relaxation and fatigue relief, including providing access to new beanbags and giant pillows for students to use after those dreaded 9am classes, between lectures or after long study sessions in the library. We are also bringing you workshops to help tackle some of the social, mental and physical challenges linked to sleep deprivation around campus.
