Our workouts are inspired by Middle Eastern and African Dances with aerobics elements. This year we have also added some AfroBeats to our routines. Our objective is to provide free DANCE based FITNESS classes for students (women only). Dancing is a great way to keep fit, it increases our confidence and lowers our stress levels and increase our endorphins thus making us happier. Dancing is also a wonderful way to bring together women from different backgrounds, different ethnicities and different ages. We aim to provide fun and vibrant classes suitable for all fitness levels. You don't have to be a pro to join our society, you just have to love dancing!
